"Lovely place, check in was easy & place was clean, nice area. Bathroom door was quite difficult to close. Steep Stairs made it hard to bring suitcases up. Overall we had a great stay."

"disappointed from arrival, The staff onsite left early so we had no way to get into the property or to the room, luckily we were let in by a member of the public going through the same situation, and we came across a very helpful maintenance staff member who called someone to help us get access to the suite. The entrance was dirty with rubbish, very noisy room, lots of street noise and it would have also been nice to be made aware of all the ongoing works outside the accommodation, that...

"Check-in door code was not pushed to us or in chat we had to ask and wait so it took almost an hour to find and park, then text to ask and then finally receive code. Other than that it was clean and more space than I thought and a good one night stop. I do agree that there is a smell but it's because the restaurant next door vents near bathroom, so I wouldn't hold that as a detriment."

"Great location. Next to Queen street train station, Buchanan street, George Square and much more. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was equipped with laundry, dishes, and toiletries. Could have a few more amenities to make it more comfortable. One thing to be aware of is that there’s no elevator and there are several flights of stairs. Not ideal for people with mobility issues."

"The washer/dryer did not work. I messaged the property twice, but they never responded. I had to find a laundering service, and I spend a lot of time and money to launder my clothes. Also, the property was filthy!! It's been 10 days, and the property still has not responded to my messages."

"It is so homely and the starter pack makes it even better. You feel comfort as soon as you enter the studio. The shops are a few minutes walk. The staff were super friendly. I will definately be booking with them again"

"地下鉄駅の近く、スーパーマーケットやコンビニも歩いて5から1分位で便利、但しRoom No3のバスルームが非常に狭かった。"

"This property was in an excellent location for our needs. The place is well appointed and very clean. Communication with the host was quite difficult with numerous unanswered questions in the run up to the stay."
