"A lucky choice on my route, when i booked this hotel. Its run by a very welcoming Dutch man and his wife. I had a very nice evening meal along with some other Dutch guests, so very pleasant. My room had everything i wanted, was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the lake. It also overlooked where my motorbike was parked, which was a bonus. I did enjoy my stay and would definately stay again. "

"There is very nice parking lot for your car. The staff is excellent and check in was very nice with an actual person. No self check-in required. Just be aware there are no faciiites close by as you are out in the country. The hotel does have a nice restaurant service with limited outs and a bar with wine and beer and some other alcohol. "What an incredible place! It is right at the most beautiful spot in this very cute French village, at the bridge over the river in the old town. The reception closed at 7pm and we were delayed on the way, so we called. We don't speak French and reception didn't speak English, but somehow we managed to get that we were arriving at 8pm. They texted back a google translated screenshot in English with directions and the door code. When we arrived we texted back for the parking code. The apartment...

"L’endroit mérite une rénovation complète. Le logement est propre mais une odeur d’égout envahît les pièces. L’entretien autour des logements est très négligé. L’endroit est éloigné des commerces. Le fait de devoir réserver la veille pour le restaurant, n’est pas adapté aux vacances. Le rivière est pleine de vase. C’est peu engageant de se reposer au bord. "

"What a lovely place and lovely people. We slept and ate and all was perfect. Quiet and comfortable room, very clean and large enough for two. Breakfast was self service with good quality choice and produce. The restaurant was fantastic, fresh ingredients on all courses, beautifully cooked and served accompanied with a well chosen wine.
