A good base for us!

Staff are very friendly, professional and polite! Breakfast was nice. Room quite small but was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was quite hard/firm. Shower room had a musty/damp smell and some mould in shower, extractor fan didnt seem to work and the shower head wouldnt stay up (kept falling down the adjustable bar) so had to bend down to wash my hair. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. The restaurant attached to the hotel was good, again great staff!

La personne que nous avons rencontré est très convivial, agréable et sérieuse. A l’écoute de la clientèle. Nous avons du décaler notre séjour et l’hôtel a fait le nécéssaire pour modifier la date. Tous les hôtels ne le font pas, surtout avec une réservation en ligne via un partenaire. Encore merci

Tres. Bien recue. Receptionniste tres agreable Chambre et salle de bains correctes Tres bonne literie, pour la proprete les coins n approchent pas le balai. Quant au petit dejeuner, pour 12 e nous pourrions ns attendre a mieux, plus de viennoiserie et pain restant ds la corbeille deja un peu sec ....quant aux horaires inutile de penser grasse matinee.....

Que dire... au 3eme etage : - le sol est en bois donc on entend tout dans les chambre sur chaque deplacements des chambres voisines. - Un espace de 2cm sous la porte d'entree que j'ai ete obligé de colmater avec un drap. - Insectes presents partout dans la chambre. - Rideaux non ocultants. - Cuvette des toilettes non nettoyer. - Systeme de chauffage qui vous reveille a chaque fois qu'il s'enclenche

notre chambre donnait sur l'arrière de l'hôtel. pendant la nuit il y a eu un ronflement, par alternance, nous avons dû fermer la fenêtre. Au petit déjeuner : il manquait des produits de qualité. Rien à dire sur l'accueil : très bon accueil. propreté des locaux et de la chambre.
