"The stay at Sunanda was overall average. The staff was very polite and helpful, which definitely made the experience better. The food was really nice and felt authentic, which I appreciated. The view and rooms were decent, but nothing exceptional. However, the amenities did not justify the price at all. Paying ₹12,000 for one night felt overpriced considering what was offered. At a similar price point, much more luxurious options are available. Overall, it’s an okay place, but definitely not...

"Rooms were fantastic, lovely and clean. Great location, walking distance to market and lake. Restaurant food Very nice. However do not book taxi from hotel which I did. A 2 1/2 hour journey took five hours and he stopped at various locations hoping I would be from the shops he obviously gets commission from. Not impressed. I must say however the hotel itself, staff, location, cleanliness and comfort was ten out of ten "

"I gave it a 4 star across the board because comparable to any other hotel within 20 miles this is the best. The property itself is a little dated, but for where you are in India you can’t really expect more. Staff was great and room was very clean. Manager, cleaning lady Rani, and everyone else were amazing. Even tho there was a wedding they were still able to accommodate me for my work trip unlike other hotels… thank you!"
