"Pricing good and our overall stay was ok. On arrival we were met at the gate by a man( we weren’t sure where to enter, two different signs) who was unsmiling, abrupt and over the course of 2 days not overly helpful. Car park is terrible, dirty around outside of shower cubicle at the bottom. Kitchen amenities woeful, lift not cleaned daily, same rubbish in it for 2 days. Worst of all was having one card to open doors and turn on power in the room. If one of you goes out and takes the card the...

"Very convenient "

"We had a lovely stay. Michael was so friendly, our room was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and comfortable. Despite not technically having breakfast included, there was a very nice communal full kitchen and a great selection of toast, cereals, spreads, and milk available for all, as well a nice espresso machine. Very conveniently located near the Remuera train station. The gazebo/sun-room was absolutely gorgeous in the mornings. We felt very at home! "

"Staff discriminated against my partner when he tried to check in. We were treated well by the manager once I laid a complaint. The man on the after hour phone service was unhelpful and rude. We did get two nights complimentary but suggest staff undergo cultural competency training. "

"Clean room, great layout. Housekeeping was good. Only thing missing was knives to butter toast...luckily we opted for cereal! Close to Westfield mall. On a one way street.Tricky to get out on busy times. Good parking."

"We stayed at the motel for two nights. Our room was set up for accessibility, which made the layout quite different and a little uncomfortable for us, and it wasn’t the type of room we had booked online. We also noticed that the sofa was not very clean, and the white towels appeared discoloured. That said, it’s still a good budget option overall, and the location is very convenient."

"Lovely older home with eclectic and interesting decor. Erica and Kerri were so kind and pleasant to converse with. A very comfortable honey atmosphere. Parking very convenient and close to wonderful eateries. "

"We like a tv in bedroom for early morning movies, but the 1 bed suite had tv in lounge, not that comphy chairs to watch a movie. Otherwise clean and comphy hotel"

"Easy parking and reasonably secure. Even though the motel is on the very busy Great North Road we didn't hear traffic noise. Rooms were spotless. A few more kitchen utensils would be handy, such as a microwave oven dish. Overall a very pleasant three night stay."
