"We booked this place last minute on a road trip. We chose it for convenience and the amenities, pool for my daughter and gym for the husband. We decided to go by and check them out after we checked in only to find out the pool was closed for a chemical imbalance and the gym was closed for a major water leak, but it looked fine from the outside. ""A little bit funky" is how I would describe Lancaster Arts Hotel. Definitely different, and all in a good way. My requirements for a stellar hotel always includes: clean, comfortable and quiet, and LAH checked all those boxes. Loved the original art work on the walls. The shrimp bisque, ordered on the recommendation of the bartender, was undoubtedly the best I have ever tasted. All employees were cheerful and helpful. I look forward to staying there in the future."
