"I arrived early and requested an earlier checking but they told me the room would be available at 3PM. I arrived at 3:20PM. When I entered the room I realized that it had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. I contacted the management and was told that there had been an issue, obviously that was not true since they never contacted me to warn me that the room was not ready. They told me they would call someone to come and clean. After two hours of waiting and emailing back and forth...

"Wunderbares, kleines Resort für Erwachsene. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Queen und King Suiten verfügen über Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer und ein kleines Durchgangszimmer mit Kleiderschrank, Kühlschrank und Kapselmaschine. Das beste am Resort ist allerdings Anna und ihr Team. Sie sind so herzlich und erfüllen jeden Wunsch. Es ist alles sehr familiär und man fühlt sich einfach nur wohl bei ihnen. Frühstück ist a la cart und kann flexibel bis in den Nachmittag hinein...
