"We stayed here for two nights. A nice upscale feeling hotel, the room was a tad bit small from what we expected for the price. The staff were helpful, the concierge, security and the restaurant servers were all super nice and polite. Strangely, all the staff at the reception felt a bit smug for some reason, not the friendliest of bunch for sure. While I didn't mind the hotel, I wouldn't go back to this one if I ever have to be in New Delhi again."

"Overall the stay was quite poor. Asked for an airport pick up and they never replied. Asked for some help to book a trip and reception said I need to talk activities guy who was never there. Omelette guy had never cooked an omelette, cooked on one side and raw on the other, before that it took him 10 min to get the pans working. Had problems with wifi and IT guy never came to my room. The only good thing about this place was the espresso."

Very Big minus points : very VERY noisy, we can hear the next door guys caughing :( so then anything else they do, laugh, speak on the phone, right into your room, makes it very very hard to sleep. Second big minus point, beds are very VERY bad. Just like a plank of wood and a piece of sheet (pun intended) on it. Very painful for your back. "Room was always cleaned everyday. Staff were very friendly and supportive. Breakfast was so tasty with so many options in Indian, Asian and European dishes. My favorite was the spa with India treat massage and foot massage. I enjoyed my chai and chilli cheese toast at Mister Chai cafe!! So nice and comfortable rooms with comfortable beds and showers!"

"It was so lovely to stay again in New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven. My last stay was in 2019 and was so good that I made sure I was booked in for my latest stay in Delhi. The staff were so helpful and friendly and were happy to arrange reasonably priced transportation to and from the airport. They also helped us with sight seeing transport. I felt very safe staying here and it was very easy to find tuk tuks to go into the centre of town. The rooftop is lovely for breakfast. The area has mixed...
