The hotel is beautiful with friendly staff and clean rooms, the facilities are clean, modern and all working. Could not recommend the hotel enough!

I was apprehensive about traveling with my 19 month daughter for the first time, but as soon as we reached the hotel my fears were diminished. The hotel, the staff, the private beach, pool area, gym, sauna steam room were all amazing. Checked in with Joey who was so nice welcoming and quick. Room was nicely layed it and amenities very helpful. I wish they update the rooms with bigger smart tvs.

Clean, relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. Good location.

The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you.

Fantastic place I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Abu Dhabi. All staff here were fantastic, special thanks to Rose who looked after me in the SkyBlue bar she is lovely and Guru at the pool who is such a happy chap! Central location. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall. Great department store just across the street with best prices in town for souvenirs. Breakfast had good variety but the cooked food was almost cold even at 6am. Staff were always friendly and courteous.

A very nice experience with no complaints. Hotel was near to the beach and malls and supermarkets, pharmacy, hospital etc and everything was in walking distance and minutes in a taxi.

The hotel is a perfect base from which to explore Abu Dhabi. Can find no fault with hotel. Staff helpful. Rooms kept spotless. Two bottles of water left in room daily. The staff cannot do enough for you! Nothing is a problem. The room was immaculate every day. The restaurants were amazing and the Stratos Bar on the top floor was AMZAZING! Our daily cleaner was Suleiman for our room and he was soon polite it was unreal. As we're ALL the staff. One of the BEST hotels I have ever stayed in. I would Highly recommend it!

For the money we paid we expected something way worse. Spent over a week there and can not say anything wrong about it at all. Staff were fantastic. Very friendly and happy to help.
