"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. During our stay, the window panel unexpectedly came out of the frame and fell into the room. This is an extremely serious safety hazard. As you can see from the attached photo, the entire window panel ended up inside the room. My friend was scratched when it happened.

"My wife and I regularly book rooms. And for the price, room was okay. However, with just a little TLC the room could have been much nicer. First off, carpet retains germs.
It also seems that at some time room 44 had two beds. However, the bed in the room now was jammed so close to the heating/air unit, that even a small person would have difficulty getting in and out of the bed the way it was positioned.

"Quick overnight trip to Tahoe left me with limited options for room bookings. Caesar's, Harrahs and Bally's we're all well over $400 a night. I found a king renovated room at this hotel for $250 so I jumped on it.

"I really wanted to like this place it's pretty run down. The inside rooms are updated so they're okay. Beds were pretty hard. Half the outlets in the bedroom did not work. And the breakfast I don't even think I would give it a zero sorry went down there there was hardly anything left coffee creamer was completely out the coffee was like mud.
