A high quality hotel in the heart of the city. The staff were very helpful with a bank problem I had.
The room was well laid out, with great views over the waterfront. The hotel is well-located for Mobile's dining options and walking around the more picturesque part of the city, and is across the street from the brand new Amtrak station.

All was well till we went down for breakfast, and a sweet white lady was telling us about the meal, we thought was free breakfast, I had picked up a plate and another lady with a unfriendly tone toldthe white lady, don't put the plate back, and started talking down to her getting on to her about what happened, I think if she would have kindly explained to her not belittling her I would not have had a problem with it.
