"My stay was very nice and a complete change from stats in past. I can really tell that a corporation has custody over everything.
I ate at all the restaurants on site and have to say that I believe the menu is tired at Latitude 30 and is dire need for revamping. I ordered the Pork Chop (Medium), Beans and Mashed Potatoes and water for beverage. When it came to the table, my chop was a bit undercooked, the beans were warm but bland and the mashed potatoes were cold and clumpy. My guest ordered the exact same thing and that plate came out exactly the same as mine. The only thing eatable was the chop. Total waste of money.
However, it was actually an extremely busy holiday weekend but that still shouldn’t pressure the cooking staff from properly preparing food. It’s still the same menu from the previous owners."
