"Clean room"

"Room was nonsmoking but smelled like someone had been smoking in it nonstop for weeks! No other solution from staff. My son’s asthma was horrible after one night. The water was also brown in the shower. "

"The room wasn’t properly cleaned. Dirty shower, baseboards, sticky floors. Breakfast was in a separate building and not good/fresh/hardly any options. Staff wasn’t friendly or inviting. Will not be back."

Unable to call front desk from room also..front desk phone out of order. I had to book through Expedia because no phone service with front desk. Brand new building working out the details I guess. Plan to return in the future!"

"The room was clean and comfortable with a full kitchen including a dishwasher. The breakfast menu was fresh - scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, hot oatmeal, sausage egg and cheese biscuits, cereal, fruit, fresh waffles, and juices and coffee. The indoor heated pool is great! Plenty of parking; and once you add in downtown OWA, it is a great place to stay."

"We arrived on a Monday so we didn't need room cleaned on Tuesday morning. But we returned from the beach and got a lot of sand on the floor so I went to the desk and asked for room to be cleaned. Housekeeping was gone for the day so I asked the man at the desk if we could get room cleaned in the a. m. and he said yes. Went fishing on Wednesday and when we returned the room had not been cleaned. I went to front desk to let them know so housekeeping mgr came to see if we wanted room cleaned. Yes...

I paid extra for an ocean view (as opposed to a partial view). I did get part of an ocean view though. When I opened my door to the small balcony, I was looking forward to hearing the waves lapping against the shore. What I heard was traffic noise because it opened up to a busy street. "I needed a last minute stay after there were issues at my previous lodging and this was the perfect solution. The value for the money was great. The beds felt as luxury as you would find at more expensive resorts and I ended up booking two more of their properties based on this experience."
