"We booked a room and we were not able to stay as the situation was out of our control and we had a death in the family. I tried contacting the hotel on multiple occasions and tried to cancel 4 weeks prior to our stay. No one ever called me back and never got back to me about a refund. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE "

"I would NEVER stay here again and I’m sorry I even trusted the reviews that said the hotel was fine. There was a domestic violence issue outside of my hotel room during our stay that lasted a good 3-4 hours. I called 3 times to complain and the manager of the hotel called the cops on them twice, nothing was done. I was asked to change rooms but I’m not taking my family out and putting everyone in danger to switch rooms when the fighting is happening outside my door. I called for a refund for that stay and the manager said I never complained and there were no issues. RIDICULOUS. Also, the floors were DISGUSTINGLY dirty. STAY AWAY from this hotel. "

"What i likes about the property is the people. We had all our family stay there due to the fact we were there for my Uncle's funeral. The people made our stay a peaceful one. Thank you."

"I did not eat the breakfast offered so I cannot give a review on the food. The room looked clean but smelled of cigarettes, which I suspect was coming from the people smoking outside the room by their vehicle. The furiture was very scratched and old.the microwave and tiny refrigerator were housed in a very old cabinet, old lamps, no USB outlets for our devices. Wall and trim work done in bathroom was not quality finished. The staff at the desk upon my arrival was not at first cordial but did warm up after I joked a bit with her/him."
