"We make a yearly trip to attend church at the Basilica, and we have been staying at the same hotel for many years. This year marked our 15th year staying here! We stayed the weekend of August 7th and, as always, had a great experience. The young lady working at the front desk was very polite, friendly, and helpful. We had a small issue with one of the rooms, and she resolved it quickly and professionally. Our room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. We truly appreciate the consistent hospitality and excellent service we receive every year. After 15 years, this hotel has become an important part of our annual trip, and we look forward to returning each year!"
