"No shuttle "

"The staff was super friendly, and their breakfast offered more than I expected. They had a clean gym with all the equipment we needed. We used their clean pool and hot tub the first night, but they shut them down the second because of high chlorine content. That was disappointing for our young one because it was half the reason we booked with Embassy. Other than that, the stay was comfortable. They could increase their level of detailed cleaning, though. We found a baby sock under the curtains,...

"Front desk staff was wonderful. Shuttle drives could take some notes from the front desk staff. On the way to the airport shuttle driver just sat there and watched up struggle to open the door and get our suitcases inside the next morning the shuttle driver told us he would not get us to the airport until 20 minutes after our scheduled time, when we said that wouldn’t work with our flights he said “oh well”. Thankfully the front desk ordered us a Lyft that the hotel covered "

"The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. We had a snowstorm while I was there so I was very happy a popular restaurant was just down the street. In fact, I was able to enter the Golden Corral parking lot without driving onto a busy street that hadn't been plowed. The next morning I treated myself to the excellent breakfast. It was a very pleasant stay."
