Left this hotel without staying the night and management refused any form of compensation even though we did not stay there. Blood on walls, cheetos in the bed. Holes punched through door. Unlocked communicating door with random strangers. Filth everywhere.

We were greeted by a very stoic and unhelpful staff member who let us know that we had to pay $100 fee for having our two small dogs with us. Clean, fresh. Enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was wonderful. only 2 things wrong, No tissue box in the room and one lamp was missing the lampshade.

Crowne Plaza Albany - The Desmond Hotel by IHG
Always a good experience at this hotel. My feedback is that more signage is needed in the hallways. The hotel is big and finding my way to the elevators is always an adventure
