"The bedding smelled like it wasn’t washed with detergent. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The couch looked like it had been rode hard. Wouldn’t even dare sit on it. The room smelled awful as did the entire property!"

"Expedia says this has a pool, but there was no pool. It looked like homeless people sitting inside the lobby after 10 o’clock when the door should’ve been locked, but it wasn’t. There’s no ice chest anywhere in the hotel. We looked on every floor for to get ice. There’s no cups anywhere in the rooms or the hotel and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. We had to go to Walmart to get items we assumed we offered from the hotel. Also, we have a car with a handicap sticker, but there was a car sitting on 22 inch rims parked in the handicap spot but no handicap placard. This wasn’t a very good experience and if it wasn’t for the front desk clerk, I would give you a -0 because she was the only positive thing about this day. "

"HVAC worked well. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was great!"

"Staff let us check in an hour early so we could get to a wedding on time. Room was clean. Alot of people staying at and needed to replenish breakfast items. Ran out of coffee."

"No free breakfast. Why pay $10 when we can choose Waffle House, or Bob Evans? First room was dirty, and toilet seat was not screwed down tight enough! Went down and talked to guy behind counter, he said he would take care of it. Came back later to a still dirty room. Talked to the lady behind the desk. Very nice! She said she had no one in maintenance, but gave us a suite! I noticed that the crappy foam mattresses is what we had in the regular room, but the suite had "real," spring or just a better quality of foam. I HATE those foam mattresses!!! I sweat like crazy on them! Burn them all and go back to the old spring and foam ones! "
