"Clean and stylish room. Housekeeping was efficient and helpful. They realized we had our kid with us and left extra towels without asking. Nice location."

"The room, the bathroom and the kitchen were great. It has dishwasher too. The slight issue is the water from the shower is not fully flown, not so much coming out. We don't know if this is because of water efficiency or the setting is not right. The breakfast is good, but we went there for 6 days and some of the food are cold, don't know why. The only one has the correct temperature is the hash brown/potatoes. The chicken sausages, pork sausages, the vegan steak and the scramble eggs are always...

"We were offered a suite upgrade upon arrival and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean and it was a great stay and location."

"I had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Calgary. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring downtown. The hotel amenities were well maintained, and the staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. It was quite busy on Friday night, which led to some delays, but the rest of the experience was excellent. Overall, a comfortable stay and I would gladly return."

"We had some issues with our room as we tried to check in after the 3pm time and our room wasn’t ready. The staff were quick upgrade and switch us to a different room but when we unlocked it with our key cards it was clearly occupied. After the confusion we were assigned another room and had an enjoyable stay."

"Completely overpriced and constantly getting worse each visit. Customer service on the phone and in person was horrible. Mandatory parking is $40 and in the tiniest of fine print so whatever the rate is add another $40 a night to it. Breakfast was awful microwaved scrambled eggs and soggy potatoes, sugar juice and burnt coffee."

"It is located next to a big cemetery if anyone cares. The unit I stayed in has a very low water pressure and bathtub drain stopper doesn't work. But unlimited good coffee is a good plus in the lobby."
