This site is very run down, dirty, broken items, poor door locks, thank goodness our stay was only for one night

The third floor exit was locked at all times which represents a fire hazard. The shower did not have body wash. The smoke alarm went off at 2:30a.m.

The room was ok, there were no locks on the windows, the toilet would not flush properly, there was no tv remote, the floors have not been mopped. The AC worked very well, the lighting and view were amazing. It was sorta peaceful through out my stay besides the other things.

La habitación presentaba un olor desagradable, particularmente en el piso. Daba la impresión de que el trapeador utilizado para la limpieza no estaba completamente limpio, ya que había un olor a humedad o a agua sucia que quedó impregnado en el suelo. Aunque la habitación estaba aparentemente limpia, este detalle afectó considerablemente la comodidad de la estancia.

This property is using photos probably from the day they first opened...they first put me into a room that I believe was under maintenance because the tv did not work and the room had wires hanging from the backside of the tv and everything was unplugged and the remote didn't work on the tv...they did move me to another room that looked cleaner and the tv worked and as a tired traveler this is not what we wanna do after unpacking and I tried so many times to call the lobby but it would ring and hang up so we had to go down to the lobby each time we needed to speak with the staff...the hotel is made cheaply and I paid a lot to stay there thinking it was going to be better quality but it was not the greatest..the staff were friendly tho..

The bathroom was nasty, cockroaches, the room floor was sticky and dirty. When we got into the room the window was open and someone elses open water bottle was on the window ledge. The hallway smelt like pickles. And they have one ice machine on the first floor that does not have a scoop and the door does not stay open. Also be prepared for the rickety elevator that makes you feel like you are seconds from the end. The hotel is right off the freeway and really unsafe feeling. 10/10 would not recommend….but i guess you get what you pay for

This property looked nothing like the pictures they had to move us to 3 different rooms and each one smelled heavily of smoke, on one of the rooms the deadbolt lock didn’t work and on the other one the hook lock wasn’t even attached to the wall the guy at the front was not helpful at all we showed him the pictures that were on Expedia compared to the property and he tried to tell us that all the pictures were accurate when they were not! He was also extremely rude once we expressed our concerns After all of that we decided not to stay there I paid for the one night and asked for a refund for the second since I would not be staying for both nights and they said yes I still have not received the refund instead I was charged again! I would not recommend this place!

The staff very nice and helpful. The property is pretty worn looking but the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was a great deal for the price we paid.

Super dirty.. the hotel had a bad smell. Roaches in the hall smears on the walls. My friend also found a cut finger nail in her bed as she pulled down the covers so the bed was obviously not cleaned. I assume they just made the bed after someone's stay and didn't even bother to clean the covers. Don't waste your time here unless you don't mind staying in a dirty place.
