"I usually stay at this Embassy every summer as I travel through Albuquerque. The staff at check in/out are always very pleasant and helpful.
The complimentary evening reception is always a nice welcome after a day of travel, and a variety of things to snack on before making dinner plans. The buffet breakfast is very good, with more than enough options to make everyone in my family happy. Both the evening reception and the breakfast are the two main reasons I continue to return to Embassy Suites.
This trip I was traveling with my two young grandchildren, and they had been looking forward to swimming in the pool. The pool was so crowded with older children screaming and splashing that we chose not to swim after all. But I did notice the water looked so cloudy that I wouldn't have wanted them to go into that water. Other than that, our rooms were great as was our stay.
Don't love the parking charge of $15 + tax per room. I had booked two rooms for my family, so $30 + dollars added to cost of my rooms."
