"We sat at the check in counter for 10 minutes waiting for someone to come — no sign that someone would be back and no bell to ring for service. Then we were informed our pet fee would be $75 — more than half the price of the room. Then we learned we also had to pay for parking and there were only parking spots in the parking garage that our lifted truck barely fit in. It took 20 minutes to maneuver into a spot because a number of the parking spots in the parking garage were blocked off by caution cones. We got to our room finally and the room was perfectly nice and clean. However when it came time to sleep the fire alarm went off 4 times throughout the night - it would beep for 30 seconds and then turn off. And you could hear absolutely everything through the walls - toilets flushing, cars going by. Not worth with the stay."

"The proper is in desperate need of a makeover. When we walked into check-in, we really weren't sure where the check-in desk was it is very small and hard to identify. The lobby is not welcoming and disorganized. It's also fairly dark. The room was clean however the small coffee station cream or sugar and it was very unclear how to make the coffee work. When I picked up the phone to try and call room service which was the whole reason I had selected that hotel I realized the phone while powered, had no dial Conan was not actually connected to the phone network. I had to call in through my cell phone and ask for room service. The food in the restaurant was OK. The staff was nice but not overly cell. Bathroom was clean, showerhead was totally inadequate. Last thing was the air conditioning barely cooled the room. I think there are much better places to stay near the airport. "

"We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight; the included options were delicious and far better than we expected. The only drawback was the soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway carried more than I would have liked. Still, the overall comfort and excellent service made it a very pleasant stay."

"Front desk was able to accomodate early check in for us. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 3 different mirrors in the room was a plus. Minor things would have taken our visit over the top: we didn’t use the shower, but it could have used some updating (maybe tile and a glass door), the pillows would not stay fluffed, so we needed 2 to bring our heads to the right level (pretty common for hotels given how often they’re used) and fixing tank on toilet - it was pretty loud when it would refill (brought to staff’s attention at check out). Overall, a good experience for us."
