Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Pillows were very, very soft. Needed a 2nd pillow. Shower was nice. Bedside lamp didnt work.

The Grand Oaks Resort
The setting and staff were terrific. Sadly, the room was so tiny it took away from the experience. No room to place luggage except on the floor which made walking around difficult.

Quest Albury
The staff were lovely & welcoming. The room, bathroom & halls are so clean compared with my last numerous stays. It looks fresher & cleaner. One suggestion - a screen on the side of the balconies would help reduce the glare & sun when sitting out there.
