"The staff was exceptional, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spacious room. Although our flight was quite delayed, the front desk staff surprisingly allowed us to leave the luggage while we explored Mallorca. I highly recommend this property. "The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."

"Wonderful hotel facilities and staff super for families Two things of note 1) Drinks do not come with bottled soda eg Coke Sprite. They come ready mixed which is disappointing. We were not all inclusive but I guess this saves hotel money 2) Hotel states free parking. Bit ambiguous as you have to park on roads around the hotel where available"
