Had a lovely spa treatment which I would recommend. Bedrooms are nicely decorated. Some parts of hotel could do with a little TLC but overall a good stay in nice grounds.

I asked for help to figure out the air con and then all was good. It was a stressful journey, but the staff couldnt have done more to help me have as relaxing an experience as possible. Durham City Cottages

White House Cottages
Handy location to Durham and countryside. Clean cozy and friendly clear communications. Nice touch to have some supplies available on arrival. Felt unclear where to park as other locals parked up but I’m sure it would have been clear should I have asked.

Welbury Studio Retreat
Very helpful, we were going to be later than anticipated arriving, phoned to let them know, they reassured us it was no problem, everything was ready for our stay.
