"This place was full of homeless people in the lobby. It did not feel safe. The staff could not have cared less. The elevator was not working. There was no coffee available. You had to ask the front desk for a cup and the cream and sugar likely because all the vagrants are having out in there taking it. This was the first and last time staying there. We have stayed at the Best Western up the block several times with zero issues. This means they have figured out how to keep these people from hanging out in their building and parking lot. The staff at the front desk of the best western should be training your staff. They look depressed, are lazy and seem to only care to do the bare minimum and only speak when spoken to. What a waste of money. Would urge people to stay somewhere else."

"They had a large higher quality complimentary breakfast that spanned from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and my kids loved it, the sweet had a kitchen although it was not very well stocked and a bit difficult to cook in but due to the complimentary breakfast we didn't have to cook that much, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were exceptional a special mention to Gonzalo and Naufil for their helpfulness. Rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable, elevators were fast, and location is terrific. "
