"The King Bedroom Suite was very small, and the layout was almost impossible to manage. When you open the door it almost hit the bed… was not as advertised. "
Hampton Inn & Suites By Hilton Calgary- University Northwest
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed during renovations. Signs were clear and construction staff made sure it was safe for guests as well as hotel staff. It didn't affect any amenities during, as we were allowed to use the pool next door in the meantime. Staff was efficient, friendly, and always welcomed us. They answered our questions and even remembered that I needed an extra blanket during check in before I mentioned it! The room was pretty clean, a bit chilly and needed a bit more moisture as it was really dry. The hotel is renovating so I'm sure things like the old carpeting in the hallway will be replaced. The only thing that really bothered me was the scent in the hallway. It was really strong! Otherwise, I would recommend this place as the free breakfast was a huge perk with lots of options!"
"so incredibly loud. Had kids knocking on our door as a prank multiple times. Bad shower pressure. The pool in the atrium above the restaurant is such a poor design. If you want to sleep, don’t stay here"

8/10 Good
"The room was clean and well maintained. Though we did have to request enough towels for everyone in the room. I booked it for 4 people and there was only 3 sets of towels.
The breakfast was great, a good variety to choose from and the ladies working in the breakfast room were very efficient in keeping everything well stocked.
There was both underground and a regular lot for parking so we had no issues finding parking"
"The breakfast menu is average at best. Only one option for fresh fruit. coffee was very weak. Same breakfast every day no variety. the tables were not cleaned after each customer. overall breakfast experience was disappointing."
