"We have a wonderful stay! Hosts are nice and the place/bed is comfortable."

"Staff were very helpful assisting with luggage to and from our room. However, we were disappointed with the room as we booked and paid for an economy double bedroom with an ensuite and kitchenette. What we got was a small “L” room with a double bedroom, wardrobe, desk, a bar fridge, a small hand basin and very little room to manoeuvre between the end of the bed and window. "We didn’t even enter this place. When the taxi stopped outside we realized our error; it was a small private house which someone was renting out. I should have looked at the details more carefully. However my low rating really relates to the difficulty of checking in. They asked us to complete a form which was impossible to do on a phone and troublesome to do on a laptop whilst waiting in the baggage hall at Heathrow. A huge pain. We found a hotel instead."
