"From check in, to breakfast to checkout, everyone was exceptional ! No problems with anything. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great and staff were accommodating! Stay here every time I go to Hoover, Alabama !"

"Changed rooms 4 times. Bugs in 1st room; A/c not working properly in 2nd; checked 3rd room was good. Went got my luggage came back up key didn’t work knocked on door someone opened it up with family in there. They sold the room that quickly. 4th finally was somewhat good enough to stay in. HELP at this point!"

"Everything was clean and in a good area, but this hotel needs lots of updating. Also, the staff did not bring towels when requested. We had to go down to the front desk to get some. Several of the towels were very stained. It was an ok stay, but I doubt we would stay here again. "

"The people at the hotel were so incredible. I asked one morning about whether the water in the room was complementary or if we had to pay. I think it was the manager of the hotel, not only told me it was complementary, but he went and got me more water. I was really disappointed though, because the pool was not working, and I had no idea when we booked the hotel. "

"The place was horrific. Upon entering, the lobby was dark and muggy. The smell was an overwhelming odor of weed and curry/cooked noodles. My plastic key fell straight through the key slot and I was unable to open the door. They changed our room and there were pubes on the bed sheets. Maggots were found under the microwave. They agreed to refund our money but we haven’t received the refund. "
