"A Hidden Gem with Heartfelt Hospitality
Staying at this family-owned hotel was like visiting close friends you didn’t know you had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and treated like part of the family. The room was decent—simple but clean and comfortable—and the hosts more than made up for any lack of luxury with their kindness and care. We left feeling appreciated, rested, and already talking about coming back. A truly special place.

"The property is small, but it serves our purpose.
Staff do not speak fluent english, but very cooperative.
It’s reasonably very good price. Good breakfast in the morning and 10 sol lunch, which is the best value for money.
I recommend to stay here. "

"The Belle Maison is located at a great proximity and a short walk from the Wanchaq Train Station for an early departure to Machu Picchu. It is also close to several grocery stores and restaurants. Vilma is an excellent host and ensured my stay was extremely enjoyable. The breakfast and coffee was the best I had on my trip."

"Located close to the airport. Due to flight delays we checked in to freshen up just 2 hours before checkout. The front desk staff was very accommodating. Helped us locate our taxi to Ollantaytambo as well. This is a great place for a overnight stay close to the airport. "

"Los anfitriones muy amables. En Cusco pasas poco tiempo en tu hotel está bien en relación con el precio. Si caminas 20 minutos llegas al centro o tomas un taxi que cuesta poco. "

"Nos sentimos en familia. Don Marco nos atendió de manera excepcional, nos acomodó los desayunos de acuerdo a nuestros itinerarios para que siempre pudieramos desayunar y estamos seguros que volveriamos indudablemente. El jardín me encantó. "

"This is a guest house- meaning owned by a single family, whom you will meet (the two sons and their cat were our "welcome committee." The area is not in the tourist zone, but it is quite safe. There is a shop across the street to buy water, soda, snacks, and Ronaldo provides an excellent breakfast. The beds are new and great, and the blankets thick and warm. The wifi works great in the common area, we would recomend a repeater or moving the router higher in the building to better reach the...

"Owners are lovely, they took great care of us. Room was a little cold and they brought us a heater plus more comfortable blankets (not the very heavy ones they'll give in some hostels). They brought us some tea as well. Very lovely couple ~"

"Quiet neighborhood far away enough from bustling Plaza de armas but close enough to walk. Important to note that it is perched atop a hill so we did uber a few times on nights we were extra tired"

"The staff was amazing! Concierge service was great, constantly asking if there was anything we needed! Had our lunch ready at 3am for a day of tours! "
"The hotel is located a bit outside of the old city centre (20m walk or 7m Uber) however the walk to the city centre is very pleasant through the streets of San Blas neighbourhood, peppered with nice stores and restaurants so you can get a glimpse of city life in Cusco. The location is very safe and conveniently located close to stores, restaurants, laundry service etc. It was a great spot to use as a base for all excursions and visits in the city. The hotel is very clean, and very well managed - the staff is kind and very helpful (Chantal and Ronnie were delightful - as were the rest of the staff). Breakfast is served in the room and it is fresh and plentiful, giving us a lot of energy for the high altitude treks we did. Another plus is that if you are lucky to have a suite with a view, you will get a beautiful sight of the city of Cusco. We went in late August and the weather was chilly so be aware that temperatures can drop close to 0-5 Celsius in the night. The hotel does provide a personal heater if you request, however do pack sweaters - incidentally the markets offer a beautiful array to choose from. Overall an amazing stay and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for any visitors. "
