"We (including my husband and 7-year-old) absolutely loved this hotel. Super clean, big rooms and great vibes overall. The staff was all lovely and the breakfast was so good- a mix of buffet as well as made-to-order eggs and pancakes. I just wish we could've stayed longer! Highly recommend."

"Excellent experience staff were super helpful and friendly - showed us around the property and answered all questions. Breakfast was delicious and even had gluten free options and bread on request. We rented bikes and went through the rice fields and then to the beach. Highly recommend!"

"Other than the roof top pool being quite cold, this was a very good property. It was a short walk to the walled old town and the friendly staff provided good directions. The included breakfast buffet was very good and the food was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel."

"It's a bit out of the city centre but it's so worth it. The place is very clean, extremely helpful staff to accomodate your needs and both restaurants in site offer amazing food. We tried both during our stay and it did not disappoint. The pool area is surrounded by olive trees and it has such a elaxing vibe. There's a beautiful church inside the convent as well. I would definitely stay here again."

"It is a beautiful property. No hot water at first but corrected quickly. BBQ restaurant was outstanding. The main restaurant for dinner was totally disappointing with the food not cooked as requested and fish special tasteless with undercooked vegetables along with it."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. They would go around the rooms in the evening with chocolates for their guests. Love Troia, it’s one of my favourite places in the world. But the accommodations didn’t live up to the 5 star experience expected."
