The associate, knew that I had asked for extra pillows when I made the reservation. I don't think he was even on my reservation on the computer yet to see the note. Asked if I had the extra pillows in the room and were they ok! Often hotels don't even notice this request, never mind remember it or ask about it. Great attention to details!"

"We LOVED our mini getaway at the Chambery Inn. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable. The fireplace couldn't have been easier to operate. The jetted tubs were divine with plenty of hot water the towel warmer was a nice bonus. The room was fully stocked with glassware and a corkscrew which was appreciated. We ended up going out for breakfast down the street, which cost us an extra $60. The laundry area was also neglected, with about a quarter inch of dust on the washer and dryer. For the price of this hotel, I would recommend staying somewhere else."
