"I stayed two nights before my 7 day cruise. The bed, pillows and sheets are good quality and comfortable! I slept great! The hotel’s location is amazing, it’s In old San Juan near the cruise ports. The hotel and rooms extremely clean, lol you can see no dust or dirt underneath the bed. The staff is friendly, kind and professional. I am staying again when I return from my cruise! Thank you Armas for a wonderful stay! "

After arriving, I had difficulty opening the lockbox to get the key, but the manager responded quickly and arrived within minutes after I called for assistance. "Check-in was slow n the pool was cold despite the warm conditions but the staff was friendly and it’s a beautiful resort. I understand the bar area is not owned by the hotel but the options were limited and the staff was very slow to wait on you and the food took forever. For being at a resort I expected more options and faster service for food, checkin, and overall experience. "
