The rooms weren’t super clean - the sheets had some hairs on it and I couldn’t tell if they were reused or just not properly cleaned. There was also hair on the ground. And our closet door was broken. The pictures are a little misleading - the kitchen and couches are shared areas. The rooms are very small with just beds but the bathroom was so nice The overall stay was good for what we needed which was a bed with a quiet space (except for the frogs - they are loud all night). the rooms lead right into the shared corridor. No one spent time there so it was ok (not loud) but if people didn’t spend time there, then it would be very loud in the bedrooms. An amazing location!

The room was clean and recently updated. The kitchen area was well-furnished, but lacked any lighting besides an overhead, very bright light. It would have been nice to have a small light to leave on when we left for the afternoon and evening. This part was also exposed to outside passersby— although the main property was locked, anyone walking by on the 2nd floor could see clearly into our kitchen area, as there was no curtain and privacy film covered only the top part of one of the French doors, both of which were full panes of glass. There was no outside light next to our unit, either, which made getting in at night a little tricky. The bedroom was cozy, with comfortable bedding and a nice mattress. There was no TV remote— we looked in every drawer and on every surface, and even under the bed. That was really disappointing. The bathroom, though cute, was very cramped. There was little space between the toilet and the opposing wall. There was only one hook for hanging a single towel. The shower had terrible water pressure, but it was nicely tiled. The water took a good three minutes to get warm, and even then was never hot. Several outlets did not work, which meant we could not charge our phones fully. I understand that this is an old building with recent renovations, but it seemed incomplete. We stayed only one night, and for just 14 hours, and I’m glad we had a nice bed to sleep in. I would not stay there for any longer length of time. Poor value for the money.

I had a fantastic stay at 150 Calle del Sol. The building has the beauty of San Juan Antiguo and the host was excellent with their communication. The room was quaint and very clean. Plenty of towels and cold A/C. Bathroom is a little tight, but to be expected in a centuries old building. The location was fantastic and close to lots do do around OSJ. You may want to consider ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper because you’ll hear the coqui frogs for sure, but I thought it added to its charm. Also, the curtains don’t overlap, so morning let sun in the room. Not everyone’s ideal. Thankfully, I had used a binder clip to hold charging cables, and used that to keep the curtains overlapping and keep the room dark in the mornings.

First off when you book it say you will get an email that never happen, then when you get there the address is wrong, so when I called them they asked for my email address for the instructions got that then we realized we are at the wrong address when we get to the room the floor was wet looked up and the roof was leaking called them back and they said use the extra towels for the floor we can’t move you because we are sold out. The place is nice when we was walking out we saw a lady trying to call the place because they didn’t received the email either so I let them in and told them good luck. This place needs security at night there was a guy trying to kick down the front entrance door then when he got inside he was trying every door to get in mind you it was 1am if your a light sleeper like me the room doors are thin and the light from the court yard never goes out and your room I literally brighten all night long terrible experience

​Great location! Everything was walking distance from this location and the street is quiet at night. However, the room was very small—too tight for even two carry-ons—and lacked a nightstand for charging devices. Most disappointing were the curtains on the main door, which were visibly dirty and "nasty." Great spot for the area, but the cleanliness and layout need work.

L'host è stata fin da subito di una gentilezza estrema, sempre disponibile e tempestiva. Posizione ottima per muoversi nella vecchia san juan. Non posso però mettere 5 stelle perché nonostante la disponibilità in tutto, la stanza è molto piccola e senza punti di appoggio e con 3 valigie era difficile muoversi. Il condizionatore molto rumoroso deve essere spento per poter dormire. Qualche piccola miglioria e tutto sarebbe perfetto.

This place was perfect for us! Right in the center of old San Juan and just for a night before we left for our cruise the following day. We would definitely return!

We loved it. Super clean and in a perfect location in the middle of tons of restaurants and bars and walking distance to all the beautiful historic sites. Customer service was flawless and our check in even though with door codes/lockbox etc was very easy. There's a lovely communal seating and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen also. We didn't use it as the restaurants nearby were so great. We would definitely recommend it for a great base to explore stunning Old San Juan!... and will be back. Thank you!

Cramped room, extremely humid to the point nothing dried and the bed linen was slightly damp. It was clean. Needed some extra hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and that would’ve made all the difference!

La habitación muy buena, limpia correcta. La llegada y el ingreso fáciles según las indicaciones. La ubicación es céntrica. No hay staff. Lo inconveniente fue que se sale el agua de la ducha porque es abierta, el vidrio solo cubre la mitad del espacio. La habitación da a un patio con árboles, simpático. Si llueve el agua llega a ingresar a la habitación un poco. A la cafetera le falta una pieza que es un filtro. Sería excelente un hervidor para prepararse alguna infusión. Fuera de esos detalles fue una buena estancia

This charming hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Old San Juan. The room was clean, comfortable, and well cared for. A lovely coffee shop and empanada bar just steps from the entrance added a great local touch and made mornings especially enjoyable.

I checked into a clean, well-maintained room. However, there was no front desk or in-person reception at check-in, and everything was handled over the phone, which felt uncomfortable—especially after a long journey. During our stay, there was no follow-up from staff and no housekeeping service. On the positive side, the location was excellent and the price was reasonable.
