"Great stay, only issue was with 1 of 3 lifts being broken for whole stay - meant longer waiting times. Would also have been nice to have pool menu available later into evening instead of just fine dining option."

"What a great find! This hotel has a cool contemporary feel with stylish decor but not over fancy and boring or showy. The staff were always super friendly. The rooms (we had the standard) were spacious with big beds. The breakfast and dinner was amazing, we did half board which was worth it. They give you a voucher if you can’t make dinner but want to eat lunch instead in the pool cafe. My only complaint is having to pay €4.50 for water at dinner! At this nightly price I would expect free filtered water. Otherwise a great stay and would visit another of the PortoBay hotels again for sure"
