The shower was really powerful, and the room had everything we needed, including a hairdryer. We loved the large TV with channels from different countries. As we were travelling from the UK, being able to watch British TV in the evening was great. The hotel is around a 25 minute walk from the beach, but we really enjoyed the walk. There were so many streets to explore and plenty to see along the way, and Alicante was very easy to get around on foot. The lockers in reception were also brilliant. We arrived before check-in and were able to securely store our belongings while we went out exploring. There’s also a coffee shop on-site, which was a lovely added convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. After checking out, I realised I’d left my phone in the room and returned about ten minutes later. They were so helpful in getting it back to me! The cleaners were also so happy and greeted us each time we saw them. Such lovely staff there. Excellent value for money and we would absolutely stay here again. A brilliant hotel with fantastic staff and facilities!"
