"The €200 Insurance deposit came as a big shock as we were not aware of it. Place is spotlessly clean. I requested fresh towels on my 4th day and was charged €6. Given the heat and humidity you would expect towels replaced at least 3 days into stay"

"As we arrived in the morning the apartment was not quite ready, however the reception had a small room where we were allowed to freshen up, which was great. They were very accommodating and efficient. When we requested additional towels and toilet rolls, these were provided fairly quickly. Rooms were also cleaned as and when you leave the sign on the door. The hot tub in the room was brilliant and the highlight of this apartment. Location was pretty good too, local shops and restaurants,...

"Central location. Straightforward check in and check out. Clean & neat. Good air conditioning. Highly recommended!"

"Couldn’t recommend this apartment more. It’s in an incredible area of an amazing town. The apartment itself is beautiful and has every added touch you could want Communication was outstanding"

"Was spacious and very clean Location was really close to the beach Highly recommended"

"Gorgeous location and wonderful owner and staff. Beautiful, clean and relaxing. Highly recommend."

"Absolutely beautiful balcony and the staff were all very helpful. The room came with all the amenities. The only downsides were that there was no hand soap, in the bathrooms and extra towels had to be paid for. The rooms wrre weel cleaned but there was some mold in the shower. Overall tho would recommend"

"Difficult to navigate obtaining keys and finding property as no check in/out and instructions not the best. Small living area with pull out bed as described, seperate bedroom, large balcony and small bathroom. Kitchenette had most things, would benefit from a toaster. Unfortunately no oven shelves or trays so pretty much impossible to use oven, it also tripped the electrics when we tried to use it. Pool nice but no seating around pool area you need your own chairs."

"Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was...
