"Beautiful, stylish decor and interesting room design. Excellent location and great bar underneath. Unfortunately the room was cold, really cold, and smelt a bit damp. Would recommend a good airing out and running the heat pump for a bit, maybe an extra blanket for the sooks like me."

"On the info it said "Park in front..." we had to park behind our rooms.
It would have been easier if there was a second step leading into the room off the footpath.

"Wow!! Our stay at the Sofitel exceeded expectations! We have stayed at quite a few different ones around NZ and we have to say that the Sofitel is in a league of its own!
