"Horrific hotel. It was so run down and dirty that it was like a third world country. Tub was filthy and rusted. Electrical connections were with extension cords creating fire hazards. The front entry has fountains that didn’t work and were loaded with old cigarettes that hadn’t been cleaned up in years. There was so much bird poop that it was a health hazard. We moved rooms 3 times but had no choice but to stay since their cancellation policy is so strict. NEVER STAY HERE!!"

"You noticed the cleanliness the minute you walk in the lobby. Not just doesn’t look clean, but it smells clean. The staff are superb, very attentive to your needs. There is a grocery store right around the corner, to get whatever you need. It is well situated for easy access to the main road, but far enough from it that it is very quiet here and peaceful."

"Amazing, safe, and family-friendly stay! Spacious rooms with a comfy sleeper bed, plus a great pool and hot tub. Loved the hot breakfast—especially the burritos! Friendly, welcoming staff made it even better. Perfect spot in Roswell for both work trips and family getaways. "

"It was awful, no one has been helpful. We left the trip two days early. Your website/app has not been helpful. The staff at the hotel was horrible, and no one is helping me. I will not use this app again, and I've used it for years. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming! They tried looking for a cot for my family but did not have anymore on that night. They were very apologetic about it. The hotel is extremely pet friendly and was perfect for my service dog. The pet-walking area was clean and my dog loved it. The only thing I did not like was the cleanliness of the room. The floor was very dirty and we could not walk around the room without our shoes on. "
