"THE HOTEL - newly renovated historic building. It has modern & updated system (inhouse filtered clean air).
The hotel also has a coffee shop.
THE STAFF - great staff! Check in was easy, and Sebastian let us in early since the room was ready.
THE ROOM - we had the balcony room and it's amazing to see the view of Rijks Museum and canal. Very clean, comfy bed. It has a coffee maker & some teas. Nice clean bathroom.
LOCATION - just outside is the tram, steps to Rijks museum and other nearby...

"The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean and modern. The room was dark and lacked small additions ie a mirror in the room. The mirror in the bathroom misted up and was unable to dry my hair in it.
The check in process was not easy. The keycards were unable to register, but we were emailed a link to open the doors digitally. The air conditioning was complicated to use with no guides to help.
We had a balcony which was lovely to look at the water outside and the windmills, but...
