"Airport shuttle excellent. Windowshade in room broken: couldn't put it up in the morning, so room was very dark. Breakfast fine but no one keeping up with coffee (until asked) or cleaning off tables, etc. Generally pleasant staff. Room comfortable except for shade issue."

"1. Amenities? There are none (claim to coffee but when I at 9:30 AM the next morning there were only empty pots). 2. Check In? Uneventful except that I was made to wait about 15 minutes to check in because the clerk was preoccupied watching another employee interact with police about something that was going on. The clerk literally sat there and watched the other employee speak with the police and ignored the fact that I was waiting. 3. The bed sheets were clean and, despite the fact that the room resembled a barracks more than a motel, it was convenient for a one night stopover. But - 4. The next morning I left my room to carry half my belongings to my car. It was just before 9:30 AM. Check out time - posted everywhere - is at 11 AM. After putting my things in the car I returned to the room. My key card wouldn't work! I had to walk to the office to get a new key card! When I asked why this happened the clerk tells me that this is how their system is set up. I asked what that means. He explained that the keys automatically cut off because "it's close to check out time." It was 9:30 - check out wasn't for 90 minutes yet! That is absolute nonsense. But, it gets better! 5. When I returned to my room the door was wide open, and the bed was stripped and my stuff was all over the place! I literally had to tell the employee that I wasn't finished with the room, remind her that check out wasn't till 11 to go inside, use the bathroom, brush my teeth, and finish packing."

"We were allowed to check in a bit early which is great when traveling from afar. Rooms clean and a nice restaurant/ bar. I do wish they had a jacuzzi but the pool was nice. Overall I would recommend this hotel"
