"Right outside of the airport was great, especially since our flights were changed due to delays. Coming in after 11 pm and only needing to go a short distance was great! The woman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. "

"We were mistakenly assigned to the wrong room, but staff made that right immediately. We loved the social hour and our room was spacious and lovely. Also terrific breakfast. It's easy to lose the elevator there-- some signage would go a long way. Our bathroom had a strange door and the bottles in the shower are too high and shoot straight out-- hard to use for someone who is 5' 5". Also our bathtub faucet wouldn't shut off completely. Those nice bedside lamps and chargers failed to charge items....

"Check-in was made easy and simple. The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was very clean well organized and warm on a cold day which was welcoming. Did you get a chance to go to the bar but it was open till 11 PM which was convenient. In the morning we were able to get coffee and a cappuccino. The barista was very kind and friendly. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and I’ll definitely be staying at this hotel again! "
