"When we walked into our room we noticed muddy footprints on the floor leading from the patio door that opened to the parking lot. We also had ants in our bathroom and in the entrance way. Both issues we taken to the front desk attendant who replied with “that’s not very common, I’ll talk to my manager to see what can be done”. Nothing was done during our stay. We didn’t spend much time in our room because we took the GO transit into Toronto but it still would have been nice to have the floor...

"Typical free breakfast nothing great The air would go on and off every 5-10 minutes breaking our sleep very annoying only one chair in the room had to ask for a second. The chair we had rolled all over the place. Was quite very modern "

"Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts. The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium. As for the food, there was nothing to complain about. It was fresh,...

"I like the suite with separate bedroom and tv"

"We had a good time. The room was clean and nice. Our check-in experience wasn't the greatest though. The concierge was on a personal call when we arrived adn didn't bother to end the call or at least put it on hold and put it away for a minute. She was nice enough but it just wasn't very professional and kind of made me feel like we were intudng on her time"

"King size bed very comfortable, a good sleep, cleanliness passible, could give a good spring clean up to the washroom floors and baseboards, tile grout dirty. And toilet needs to be adjusted as it’s wobbly, noisy when you finally sat on it. Rip up carpet in bedroom, or do a good shampoo to cleanse it. We didn’t have the breakfast, and complimentary coffee in room isn’t very good, probably the coffee machine needs cleaning??. Staff one lady at entrance /check-in very pleasant. Would I stay here...

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had asked to do an early check in. We travelled with young kids and having the pool was a big hit! The breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel and there was lots of different options. I liked how I could bring it to our room and how early it opened. I would definitely come back here!"

"Pool and hot tub that they advertise has been broken for years according to front desk. Property was clean, but was very dated and had a lot of burn holes and marks in the curtains and carpets, and the bed was way too soft. Better hotels in the area for only a few bucks more."
