We ran into an issue with dates and they were able to cancel our reservation and rebook for the following week with no issues. We received the refund in a couple of days and booked for the next dates we needed. I found the staff to be very amenable."

"Breakfast is continental with no meat options. Our bathroom fan in the bathroom was annoying as you cannot cut it off it cuts on when you turn on the bathroom light. Location is the best thing about the motel as it is close to Hersheypark and walking distance to restaurants and bars."
