From the start of our trip to the end, I cant not recommend Chartreuse Le Logis La Montagne Allemans, Dordogne, France. enough. Very friendly and welcoming owners who could not do enough to make our stay fantastic. Always greeted with a smile. In a fantastic setting, very peaceful and pituresk. Will defiantly be coming back.

Superbe week-end !

Séjour de 3 nuits en famille pour fêter un anniversaire. La météo n'était pas clémente mais cela nous a pas empêcher de profiter ! Endroit très sympa, balades, ferme de vaches et moutons à moins de 10 min à pieds. Terrain de boules appréciable et de grands espces verts pour le plus grand plaisir des enfants et grand enfants ;) Nous avions loué la maison et une chambre d'hôte. Petit déj extra ! Et pour finir un hôte fortement sympathique !! Bref on recommande vivement !

This place is a gem. The grounds are beautiful and Connie and Patrick are wonderful hosts. The breakfast each morning was all encompassing and included eggs, breads, pastries, fruit, cheese and meats, and coffee, tea, and/or orange juice. The rooms are quite new and boast modern type showers. An outdoor pool and workout facility are also available on the premises. Patrick also has a wine cellar where wine sampling parties can be arranged. Lastly, along with the individual rooms available, there is a 5 bedroom guest house with a common living, dining, and kitchen area. We only needed two rooms, but we’d book this guest house in a heartbeat with a larger group.

Amazing find

Our stay at Chartreuse le logis la montagne was absolutely fantastic. Not only is the property itself beautiful and charming but the owner, Patrick is an absolutely outstanding host. He made us feel so welcome and was so accommodating of all our needs. I would highly recommend this property to stay at, it exceeded all my expectations!

Beautiful gateway

We spent a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated guest house. Our host added a personalized touch caring at each moment on our well being. The breakfast was delicious. We will definitely come back and recommend this beautiful place to friends.

This is a beautiful “villa”, & Patrick & Connie are wonderful hosts. Gorgeous breakfast buffet. We visited in early May so we were the only guests. It’s not a large place, so might have felt crowded if 4 or 6 others were there. Would definitely return.

Propriétaire super agréable et très professionnel. Le cadre est magnifique. L'ensemble vient d'être restauré. Un petit bémol sur le bruit et l'insonorisation qui n'est pas toujours au top dans cette vieille et magnifique demeure. Le petit déjeuné est au top.

Beautiful luxury b&b in an idealic setting!

We had a wonderful weekend in france! The owner's looked after us so well they were very accomadating. The breakfast was amazing the best continental breakfast we have ever had. We loved their dog's teddy and boss who we were greeted by everyday. The house is beautiful set in such an idealic setting and the pool was gorgeous we had most of the place to ourselves while there. The little town's nearby are beautiful you feel like your on a french movie set. We would love to come back again as we had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Patrick and Connie for a delightful stay!

This is a great venue for a quiet retreat .The quality of the facilities are first class as is the welcome and attention to detail of the proprietor Patrick is excellent .I would highly recommend and we had the best breakfast ever on the terrace Cannot fault anything

Beautiful chateau with a real French experience

Lovely owners and dogs, breakfast was nice - some different options each day and is served outside in the sun, the whole building is gorgeous and we were delighted to manage to get a room at the last minute, lovely pool area with sand around it.

Peaceful & luxurious getaway in the countryside

We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse when we attended a wedding in the area. The bedrooms are as pictured & the communal areas are beautifully restored also. The pool area is gorgeous as are the grounds. The owners were eager to meet our every need & the delicious breakfast with other guests was always a fun start to the day. A car is required if you have events to attend - taxis are hard to come by & especially if you have a schedule to keep.
