"Loved our stay here, friendly staff and comfortable bed. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to an issue, so we had to walk into park lane for food. Will return x"

"all good really, Just upset on the friday night there was no bar open. We had to go to petrol station to buy wine instead and had it in our room. Reception very friendly. Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was. Its set back from main road but address says edge lane. Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help."

"The staff super friendly. Room was NOT A KING as described on Expedia. Told by front desk that is a UK king… which essentially was almost a queen. After objecting, they found us a room with two twins put together. As well as for our second room but that was a “accessible” room so not a totally acceptable change. "This is an honest review. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was trying and were helpful to a fault. The area the hotel is in is quite run down and I wouldn’t want to be walking alone at night. I understand that sometimes staff can’t work , but the restaurant and pub were closed the first night which meant calling for food delivery. The beds were good , but the floor was dirty , the toilet was dirty with hair on the back of the toilet seat. We had to go down and get toilet paper. The...

"Had a suite with a large balcony ideal in the hot weather. Room amenities were fab even with a stocked mini fridge."

"The staff were very nice and very welcoming. The room was clean and spacious. Just be aware there is no air conditioning, It was HOT. We were on the ground floor and had to keep the windows open. The room overlooked the neighbors patios and they were noisy. Talking on their phones, and one man was singing at about 2:30am. We would stay again but only in the cooler months when we could keep the windows closed."
