"Air Condition was not working all through the hotel on one of the hottest days of the year, awful hard to breathe let alone sleep."

Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was. Its set back from main road but address says edge lane. Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help."

"This is an honest review. We loved the vibe of the hotel. The staff was trying and were helpful to a fault. The area the hotel is in is quite run down and I wouldn’t want to be walking alone at night. I understand that sometimes staff can’t work , but the restaurant and pub were closed the first night which meant calling for food delivery. "The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. If I had to make any comments, the mezzanine has a very low ceiling with steep stairs, and for the 4 beds upstairs there is only one plug.
