The who hotel was spotless. Staff were friendly, bar prices reasonable and breakfast delicious. Coupled with free parking and wifi with views over the water and proximity to the city centre, this was a great place to stay and at a bargain price

A very well run friendly place to stay. The free parking and easy walking distance to the centre of Liverpool make this hotel perfect for a visit to this fantastic city. The rooms are small but adequate and if you are lucky you’ll get a room with a view of the water.

Great accomodation for the price

The free parking was wonderful as the hotel is very central. The room was small but that was reflected in the price. We had a room overlooking the river which was lovely. Excellent hotel for the price

The hotel is a budget hotel with the added benefit of free parking . Breakfast was great , staff very friendly and helpful . Room is small but perfectly adequate , it is a budget hotel . The bathroom is tiny , a preformed pod type affair , i found that difficult but again accepted it as the hotel was a great price .

Great location and free parking a bonus, staff were very helpful. When booking on hotels.com there is no mention that there is not a lift, so that was a bit inconvenient. Walkable to city, meals were ok.

Pleasantly surprised! One of the cheaper options for my stay in Liverpool but the room was clean and practical and the staff were very helpful. Plenty of free parking and just a 15 minute walk into the city centre. Had an evening meal there which was good value for money. Will definitely use them again.

Heating was difficult to get working and then it wouldn't turn off.....Beds very small.... HDMI port on the wall doesn't work. Toilet very small....room very small Not enough wall sockets staff were very good . Wouldn't stay there again... sorry
