"Good location and clean modern hotel"

"Great stay at this hotel. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a very good size. The bathroom was very big too. The location is amazing. Only 2-3 minutes walk from Bold Street which has so many nice restaurants. Also Liverpool Lime Street Station is only 10 minutes walk away."

"Shocking experience at Citadines Liverpool. Misleading parking instructions, excessive noise and extra charges despite being unwell. Management were extremely rude, dismissive and unprofessional. I was falsely accused of shouting, threatened with police involvement, and a manager attempted to knock my phone from my hand. I was also refused head office details. Completely unacceptable treatment of a paying guest. Would not recommend."

"When in Liverpool this is only hotel i will stay in. Reception staff especially April very helpful and professional."
