Hotel dekat Alliance Francaise

"I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom, who recently stayed at the hotel. Overall, she had a very pleasant experience, but what stood out most was the exceptional service and genuine care from the staff. A special thank you to Madeline, who was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and helpful. My mom experienced some issues with her accommodations, and Madeline personally took the time to listen, understand her concerns, and make sure everything was resolved. She went above and beyond,...

"Very friendly staff"

"I was in the Philippines for a month staying in various hotels in the same price range and this was the best hotel for cleanliness and comfort; everything worked well. Bonus is the rooftop bar/restaurant with fine food and great views."

"Every where close by the hotel, and nice restaurants"

"The staff was wonderful, the room was great, everything was good except the pool and gym were closed, we had to go to another hotel to swim, they informed us upon arrival that the other property had a pool. A lot of construction noise in the room next door. This is my 3rd time staying with them and I do recommend them, but just felt a little let down this stay"

"It was very clean"

"Descent location with easy access to city. Connected to a grocery store and a food mall. My room was very minimalistic with no hot water. The sheets and towels did smell wonderful. But overall descent for price. It appears there individually owned so your room might have more to offer."

"Clean and welcoming lovely stuff"

"I've stayed at several Red Planet properties, and Red Planet Makati Avenue provided the absolute best customer service I've experienced with the brand! Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were outstanding, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The room was a little snug but clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. No insects, damaged mirrors, or other maintenance issues. I especially appreciated having a proper desk. The room featured a nice combination of older and newer Red...

"I rarely write reviews but I felt like this one deserved it. The standard room was clean and in working order with reliable aircon and wifi, which were the most important things to me. The room was neither spacious, nor too small. The location is good. It is on the edge of the Makati bubble so you get a good balance between a convenient location to everything and a lower price. There was some construction and repair going on while I was there, so there were some times with loud noises....

"An excellent located property to food and transport etc. The room was extremely comfortable with all the mod cons, amenities provided, good cooking facilities, WiFi, good hot shower, quiet room and a fantastic view. Couldn't ask for anymore"
