"The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and comfortable. Getting into the center of Edinburgh was a breeze, with a bus stop right outside the hotel. I dined in the hotel restaurant that evening—wonderful waiting staff and a great experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning!"

"The stay at Dalmahoy was brilliant. I upgrade my room to the period double in the house and wasn't disappointed. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I enquired about the cinema room use for showing the eurovision, and guest relations were happy to put it on for us. More to see in Edinburgh, so will be hopefully going back at some point to finish off, and to use the leisure facilities as we didn't use them."

"Just stayed at the hotel, arrived at 6 to check in, went to room, not cleaned, bedding/towels and bins all there from last people who stayed there, went back to report issue, young lad didn’t even apologies, felt like I inconvenience him with issue, never complain but had to speak to duty manager, she was apologetic, found another room, was basic than one I paid for, gave free drink and breakfast as apology."

"whole hotel was spotless and well maintained Aircon was lovely and cold and staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great as were sauna and steam room. Only a ten minute train journey in to the city and also trams running every 7 minutes. well located off the motorway too perfect hotel for exploring Edinburgh but not being right in the centre of everything."
